Josh Clark made our experience awesome! We are visiting from out of town and went to the Olive Garden on Wannamaker in Topeka. Excellent customer service. Food was served warm, wine kept chilled, salad with extra olives (yummy). Will be back before we head home again for sure. Thank you Josh. Your what Excellence in Customer Service is about. What Benoît Martinez doesn't like about Olive Garden Italian:
Ordered a shrimp scampi. There was at least a pound of cooked pasta with 5 shrimp, a few pieces of asparagus, and a sprinkling of chopped tomato. What a disappointment. Not worth the drive nor the money. Also, the soup was very watery. Talk about cutting back. It's not going to bring your customers back to eat! View all feedback.

Can't go wrong with all you eat salad and breadsticks. Rigatoni with meat sauce was solid and the meatballs were very moist and delicious. Great service .
I have chosen! the choices (opinions) are driven by the ability of the restaurant to keep the expected taste of food, salad, brotsticks drinks, and attentive waiters to anticipate the needs of the customers. tips or gratitude or what have they ever called from the customer who is always? not only to observe how the other customers react to the service or body language of a pleasant experience. I said that. the old people sometimes need serviettes instead of the cloth that is standard and probably does not save water when they wash so often. listen to the customer and ask them if they are not sure what was said. I want this now, and that to take home is a false communication that sometimes leaves a bad impression. the broth sticks are gummy or chewing if there is a better description (on i the only one who thinks the same) a plate with olive oil and sesame seeds or a type of dipping oil would be a welcome supplement to save the broth stick. the salad crisis is very limited and becomes soggy, even if it sits in the bowl and when they take a home, it is limp and not crispy. the sitting of customers is sometimes becoming a problem because they prefer (i) a seat through the windows or a romantic lighting area. the bar is not my idea sitting when I spend my big dollar because I don't drink or see sport. I like eating alone, but as I said, if I spend big mice, a two- or four-person table should not be out. if it is, let me know and I will go with my other decisions.
