This was my first visit to El Charro. The restaurant is somewhat cozy, accommodating around 75 people indoors, and they offer outdoor seating as well. The food and drinks were fantastic, and the service was exceptional. Our server, Alexis, was great. View all feedback.

As a native of Topeka, I met up with family at El Ranchito last week, choosing the restaurant based on recommendations I'd heard. Unfortunately, my first experience there was the worst – and it will definitely be my last. The staff seemed to be in a poor mood, and we had to wait a while before being seated. Service was great, eating was amazing! I had three soft-shell chicken tacos and some free nachos and salsa. the whole food was delicious and fresh! the salsa had a bit of a bit, but still quite delicious. the best is, it is directly opposite my hotel. I would definitely recommend this place!
Delicious! and not as full and loud as some other authentic Mexican place in the city. my Canadian man was very impressed because they have no authentic mexicans there. we're coming back!
We love el ranchito! you eat is always good and the service is always fast! I've been here for years and never had a bad experience.
El Charro is now El Ranchito been open two weeks all new great food completely remodeled !!
Honestly food not so bad. Just loud as all get out. Ears literally ringing. I think I’ll go to a slayer concert after this so I can hear myself think.
