This place reflects the subpar service Topeka Kansas is known for. the waitress who comes off as a worldly know it all. Atmosphere: dueling banjos would fit the decor! It’s such a vibe. However, I can’t get over how little effort goes into making coffee in the morning. The staff, for the most part, is great. The girls in the morning are awesome, but their coffee making skills are beyond subpar. One heavyset blondish girl corrected me and looked at me like I was a peasant standing before royalty, just because I asked for a coffee outside the order she prefers. She clearly wanted to make a point and insert herself. Almost every time I go in, she is sitting down with a sour look on her face. This morning the coffee was so terrible. There is no consistency in anything they serve. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

When I did try it, it was awful, some of the worst coffee I've ever had. I had to dump it out I couldn't even drink it. It had a very weird after taste almost like fermented mint... It didn't taste like they had added any flavoring to it. So I called them the next day and went back and they remade it for me. The taste was improved but there was still a weird aftertaste that I've never tasted in coffee before. I managed to drink it but it wasn't good at all. I definitely prefer my own coffee I can make at home. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 4
