What Cole Markley doesn't like about Burger King:
Chicken sandwich and onion rings were cold. Mayo looked and tasted like it had been sitting at room temperature for too long. Bun was way too small to cover sandwich. What a waste of $10. Threw in the trash immediately. Never going to burger King again. Went around 3:00 P.M on Wednesday August 9th 2023. Whoever is working this shift should be disciplined or terminated. I arrived and my first interaction was met with “order when you’re ready.” That felt a bit rude! I started to place my order, but then I didn’t hear anything, and after a moment, she apologized and mentioned that her headset had died. I repeated my order and asked her to confirm it because I thought I heard it differently. When I corrected her, she responded with an annoyed tone through the speaker, saying “ok, anything else!”
I've visited this restaurant several times, and the food has consistently been excellent. They did mix up my order once, but they were very apologetic about it—mistakes happen. I also have a food allergy, and the manager was very accommodating and understanding. Overall, I've had a great experience each time.
The person I assume was the manager at the drive-thru was boasting about how we customers keep returning for his awful burgers. I won’t be coming back anytime soon. This is particularly disappointing since I had been waiting for years for them to open my favorite restaurant in North Topeka.

I placed an order using the mobile app, I realized right away that I ordered from the wrong store. I contacted the store to tell them not to make my order, she said they dont make them until we check in so no worries. I told her I needed to cancel it and get a refund, she told me to email and they would refund me. i emailed and Burger King told me they would not refund my money. so I didnt get my food not did i get a refund, Burger King stole my money and lost a customer for good
