So good. We come up with excuses to host parties just to have Darren cater. He's passionate about bbq!

Fire Canyon BBQ was our go to for our company BBQs when they were in Colorado! This would be for about 50-75 people. The food was amazing and very affordable. When I would call to order they offered suggestions that made the whole process so much easier. We tried various items from the brisket to the chicken and it was all great. I would specifically order extra mac and cheese because it was a employee favorite. I was so sad to see them go, but everyone in KC is going to be lucky when they are up and running out there. Enjoy!
