After tasting thei... read more Instead, we've found our new favorite place—Freezing Point in Point Pleasant! While it's a bit further away, it's definitely worth the drive. After tasting their yogurt, we realized just how inferior the yogurt we used to enjoy at Yo Factor really was! Freezing Point's frozen yogurt has zero bitterness, and their facility and machines are impressively clean. Although Yo Factor may seem clean due to the staff constantly wiping down the counters, the tang in their yogurt suggests they don’t maintain their machines at the same high standard. So thank you to the rude woman at Yo Factor—your terrible attitude led us to discover the freshest and most delicious yogurt in the area!

I've visited multiple times and will definitely return.

The staff displayed a... read more The desserts may be enjoyable, but the customer service is in dire need of improvement. After my second visit, I've decided not to return. The staff displayed a remarkably rude demeanor. One member of our group accidentally spilled his yogurt, and we assumed we could resolve the situation without any trouble. Unfortunately, the owner behind the counter handled it very poorly. Not only did he insist on immediate payment, but his attitude was also quite disrespectful. Even after my friend managed to de-escalate the situation and make the payment, the woman at the register remained unkind. When he was ready to pay, she told him to "step aside" so another friend could pay first, implying that she was somehow more important. No matter the circumstances, customers should always be treated with respect. I was truly appalled. It took a lot of restraint not to leave my food behind and walk out. The whole experience was genuinely upsetting.

The store is immaculate and the owners, Rob and Marcie are wonderful. They are welcoming and delightful to talk with. Love this place. Treat yourself and go to your factor

The woman (owner) DOES NOT DESERVE A CENT from local or tourist customers. Her disrespect, attitude and greed is running her new business into the ground. I can’t wait until I see the sign removed from that plaza because people like them don’t deserve to be in Toms River. The way they treat children and paying customers, I wish them nothing but the worst for the experience they gave this little boy tonight. DO NOT GO THERE.. GO TO CONEY WAFFLE
