What Ashley Arredondo doesn't like about Dunkin':
Been to this location numerous times. The food is great but the service is consistently lacking. The afternoons are serviced by teenagers, who are desperately in need of a customer service course. No one will greet or even smile at you, or ask you for your order. They just stand there… no “how can I help you” or “can I take your order” nothing. I visit this restaurant 5-6 days a week for Dunkin. I would go to the Baskin-Robbins side if they ever had Chocolate Peanut Butter available. It's been a year since they've had the most popular flavor combination in stock. It's disappointing. View all feedback.
