Whether it be tea, coffee or Boba they are always friendly and consistently delicious. I 've never gotten a drink I didn 't like and I 'm notorious for getting something different every time. Recently I got their special Earth it 's matcha foam on top of a chai tea latte iced and it was the best I 've had yet. Do not waste your money on mediocre coffee and go here instead!

Amazing coffee, amazing people. My only complaint is the ice that they currently have. This particular morsel of frozen water is shaped in a way where it holds small amounts of your drink captive. When I drink perks I want every last drop of my iced coffee, and the ice is holding the last scrumptious drops captive leaving it up to me to ensure the freedom of the iced coffee (shaking my cup violently to hopefully empty the ice cube cups that the ice holds hostage). If you do have the pleasure of visiting the small red shack I suggest anything on the menu it’s all good. And remember to tip your baristas.

Ended up stopping... read more Amazing drinks and staff BUT super easy to miss!! I’ve always passed by 249 and see the red trailer, but I never thought it was a coffee shop. Ended up stopping for a Matchamoto(matcha latte with white chocolate) and I’ve been hooked. I didn’t catch the worker’s name, but I was super impressed when he remembered all five drinks without writing it down. The wait time wasn’t long and even it it was I wouldn’t care!!! I HIGHLY recommend giving Perks a try as they have a bunch of items on their menu and they also offer countless flavors for whatever combinations you’d like.
