Oh my goodness... the customer service at this restaurant was aggressively bad. My companion and I went through the drive-thru, where there was a small line. When we tried to order something, they were out of it. We asked for a moment to decide, but the woman taking our order was not willing to wait. She immediately asked for our order, and when we asked for more time, she insisted that we order something. After being in the drive-thru for only 25 seconds, we decided to drive away because we refuse to give our money to someone who treats us like that. Good customer service seems to be a dying art these days.

I visited the restaurant on Friday morning to get a coffee. I was the only person in line inside, but the Drive-Thru was busy. A female employee who was working on something else came over to the woman in front of me and abruptly demanded a dozen donuts without giving her a chance to specify what kind. It was clear that the customer was confused by the sudden request. Despite the chaos, the employee made an effort to greet me and inquire about how she could assist. However, a rude manager (the franchise owner) appeared and publicly humiliated the employee, ordering her to focus on her job and not make mistakes like assuming the order. This behavior displayed a lack of respect for both the employee and the customer. I will not be returning to a business with such poor management. It is disappointing that the franchise owner values rudeness and humiliation over good customer service. I hope others share my sentiments. I commend the female employee who was working on Friday for her friendliness and excellent customer service. She is a valuable asset to the establishment.

This is now my go-to spot for donuts! The location is beautiful and can get pretty crowded in the morning, especially on cold days. My favorite donut there is the Boston Cream.
