For example, today for lunch, my wife and... read more I love Arby's, but this location just sucks. I've eaten inside a few times now and it's just always not well managed. For example, today for lunch, my wife and I came to eat about 11:30am. The sauce station (both of them) was empty, one didn't haveany sauces installed, the other did but was out of everything except Arby's sauce. I went to fill up my drink and coke zero wasnothing but soda water. My wife's crinkle fries were cold and when she asked for fresh ones they said they didn't have anymore. No napkins in the dispenser, floor was sticky, menus have lights out, they didn't have sesame seed buns, staff seemedshort handed and weary, it just goes on and on. How do you run a business like this??

However, my main concern with this Arby’s location is the heavy buildup of scale and slime around the soda fountain. Additionally, the dispensers in the soda and sauce bar area, which were once chrome, are now heavily rusted and worn. It’s hard to believe that either the store manager or the district manager considers this acceptable.

Unfortunately, there aren't any Arby's locations near Memorial City, so it remains a special treat only when I'm traveling. The menu offers some great options worth trying.
