Got there today Sunday 6/19/22 4pm and waited at the front for someone to even come and greet me for 15 minutes (no it?s not busy) got seated in the bar area andwaited another 15 minutes for someone (bartender) to come and take my drink order then she acted as if it was an inconveniencefor her. Finally a server shows up to take my order server came to the table twice and had to be tracked down to finally get mycheck so I could leave. The food I ordered was a 15 piece boneless wings and it never fails the wings either come out drippingwith sauce or they come out with hardly any sauce at all. You would think getting boneless wings you?d get a decent lookingpiece of chicken but no they are like biting into a piece of jerky most days and today was one of those days!

Well I?m sorry, Mr. GM.. but if you aren?tsitting here in a booth, or waiting tables? shouldn?t it matter more how your clientele feel? The food gets cold way too quickwhen the temp in the restaurant is too cold. Other than that, good location.

Prices are good, food is good... read more This has become a regular eating place for my family. I have 2 boys and they love the wings and playing trivia at the restaurant. Prices are good, food is good and the atmosphere is great (especially if you are into sports). Most times thislocations food is nice and hot although the last time we went it was a little disappointing (food was just warm). The placeneeds some renovations, for example the last time we went we were placed in a booth that has seats that were ripped (seeimages). Still a fun place to visit, good food and a good experience!

The servers try their best for the most part but if other staff members like bartenders, kitchen and managers are holding them back it makes it seem like they a... read more The servers try their best for the most part but if other staff members like bartenders, kitchen and managers are holding them back it makes it seem like they are not doing their job. Came here for dinner and our waitress was having the hardest time witheveryone. Bartender forgot to pour our beers. The table next to us waited 25 mins for 1 drink. Our waitress couldn't find themanager to fix a ticket on some else's order. My main issue with this location is how horrible the wings are considering howlong you have to wait to get your order. They are NEVER hot. Doesn't matter if you dine in or order to go. This past visit theywere completely inedible. It was almost as if they were yesterday's wings that they just heated them up in the microwaveslightly and threw sauce on them. They were disgusting to say the least. I really hope that management takes all the bad reviewsthis establishment has been getting seriously and implement changes immediately. We still paid our bill and tip the waitresswell because she tried her best but we definitely won't be returning back to this establishment anymore.
