Firstly let me say that this is not a fast food restaurant. If you are in a hurry, go somewhere else. This is because the pizza here is somewhat different from the usual. The base is more like a foccacio, slightly thicker and lighter and is cooked slowly. Watching the ladies preparing and cooking the pizza is an experience in itself.
