We had dinner there on the 7 August with close friends from Australia. The restaurant is a few minutes out of the port town of Civitavecchia, in an absolute picture perfect setting looking down over the town. We had the roast melanzane and the salsiccia and potato pinsa. The 2 pinsa were enough to satisfy the four of us. Deserts were tartfuffo, lemon gelato and the orange pinsa. All were exquisite. Second time in this pizzeria is definitely not the last. The pinsa is great and there is also in the gluten-free version (which has nothing to envy to the classic version); the dough is well-leaved and light. We tried different tastes and were always satisfied. When you come here you can not miss the sweet version, the one with orange, apricot jam and chocolate scales!!! Great take-away service, even faster than expected. excellent quality of food, especially fried. in general a good experience, nothing particularly surprising but all good and not expensive.
Here serve the pinnza that is a mixture of different flours made to rise for at least 48 hours. very digestible, where in addition to the classic dressings such as daisies, capricious make variants, such as gricia, really great. recommended recommended
