What Jane Sundram doesn't like about Ya halla:
Starting with the positive: Their baba ganoush and ghalaba was quite good. The negative is that you get very little. I ordered a full 16 entree and got a VERY small amount. I can't imagine what the 1 2 looks like. My meal was 25 and is pictured below. Don't come here if you're hungry. We ordered to go and were the only folks in there. It was like they didn't want us to come back. Wish granted. View all feedback.

While some praised the delicious baba ganoush and ghalaba dishes, others were disappointed by the portion sizes and quality of the food. One reviewer mentioned the lackluster pita bread and shish kafta offerings as reasons for not returning. Another customer criticized the grilled meats and burnt dishes, claiming the food was not worth the price. On a positive note, some customers enjoyed the generous portions and flavorful options on the menu, such as the Monday special and hummus. Despite the mixed feedback, fans of Mediterranean cuisine have found Ya Halla to be a go-to spot for tasty dishes like shawarma and shish kabob, with friendly service and fresh ingredients. Overall, while opinions vary, the restaurant seems to have a loyal following among those who appreciate its unique flavors and ample portion sizes.
