Five Guys - Toledo

I was disappointed with my meal at this restaurant. The portion size of the large fries I ordered was not enough to satisfy me and my one-year-old son, despite paying almost 7 dollars. The bacon and cheeseburger I ordered was small and lacked flavor. The cleanliness and customer service were also disappointing. I hope my review helps others find a restaurant with better quality food.

I placed my order through the app for pickup at the restaurant. When I arrived, no one greeted me, so I had to approach the person at the register to let them know I was there for an order placed through the app. After waiting for over 20 minutes and seeing others who arrived after me receive their orders first, I went back to the register to inquire about my order. Unfortunately, my food still wasn't ready until the restaurant was nearly empty, when a worker finally asked me who I was. When I finally got home, the burger I received was lukewarm. It's frustrating that online orders are supposed to be faster and more convenient, but in this case, it only caused more stress. My partner even left to eat at Chipotle and came back to wait with me, which was ridiculous.

Food has always been great. It’s starting to smell terrible inside now. They need to do something with their ventilation. It wasn’t like that before, I’ve been eating there since it opened. Now my coat smells terrible. It was more than one day that I had experienced this problem.

My husband got a BLT extra B and he could have had 2 of them they were so good

Awful, just awful. I can't stand waiting in long lines. Warning others about how terrible it is might help shorten the line for me next time I visit. However, this place is fantastic for getting a delicious hamburger or hotdog cooked just the way you like it. Their fries are addictive and they also serve up big milkshakes. I just wish they were a bigger establishment.
