Wendy's - Toledo

Eating was quite decent, but some of our articles were wrong and forgotten. we had to go twice through the drive-thru to do everything right. it seemed to take a long time to have passed on our food to us, and the person working the window had a bad attitude that we returned. probably another place will choose to eat if we are ever back in this part of the city. on a positive note were the frits hot and fresh. we really enjoyed,

I love Wendy's apple pecan salads. They are fresh and very tasty. However, the salads have shrunk in size along with the amount of items on the salad. There use to be two salad sizes. Now, there is only one size. There use to be more salad choices, now there is four. Overall, I enjoy Wendy salads, but wish the company would also reduce the price at least a dollar. The current price of Wendy's salads is $7.99.

Even though it’s usually busy, it’s definitely worth the wait at this one. They’re staff is friendly and pretty laid back. I’ve had one order have a small mistake and I just went back through the drive through. They apologized, replaced my item, let me keep the old item, and gave me a frosty. A1 service.

They put half an order before they closed and sat in the running thru window for 20 minutes, while the workers went through the window and ignored me, all so when they actually closed the dame that manages to come into the window they tell me that they were closed. no sweat after I sat here because I've ever waited for me. they always close early and food orders are almost always confused. do not waste their time with this place.

The place was clean. but the personal was rude as the escape. very unhappy with the treatment and how other customers were treated. will not go back to this load food: 1/5
