Wendy's - Toledo

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The manager, Carla, and her entire team appeared very professional and maintained a clean environment. They were attentive and provided excellent customer service, even during the evening hours, which is rare in fast food places these days. The food was fresh and piping hot—simply superb quality. I'm grateful to the manager for being such an outstanding leader for her team. Great job all around! I will definitely be returning.

The food is good for a quick bite. However, the staff was a bit unruly during my visit.

I usually don't complain too much, but eating tastes like it was all day spent and the service when I said something to them they were snotty and mean, so making the atmosphere just as bad they need to check their personal and make sure they know, especially when someone tries to be nice about their food that just come that not so good?
