My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. The staff seemed to struggle with listening, which led to a lot of confusion. When I pointed out the mistakes, they reacted defensively instead of addressing the issues calmly. I received the wrong sandwich and was charged for a full meal that I didn't even order. The new cold brew peppermint mocha iced coffee is spectacular! It's become my favorite morning drink, and I just can't get enough of it.
Tim Hortons is definitely my favorite coffee chain. First and foremost, the coffee is always fresh and hot. There's nothing worse than receiving a cup of coffee that’s lukewarm or tastes like it has been sitting on the burner for hours. I'm also consistently pleased with the options on the bakery side. Every time I pick up donuts, they are always fresh. I can’t say the same about other coffee and donut chains. Lastly, I really appreciate their mobile app. It’s easy to navigate, and I love how they run their promotions. I don’t have to collect hundreds of stars or visit multiple consecutive days just to receive discounts.
