The Oarhouse Grill - Toledo

Nice funky place for a drink, friendly bartenders and large beer selection. I stopped for dinner...THEY only have light fare at the end of the week...do not stop here if you want dinner!!!

Wish I could give more. But to begin with Service by Tesa was AWSOME!!!!!!!!! She was personal, professional. Prompt. There were plenty of tv great. The beer selection is also pretty large. Unfortunately that is where is ended. Had the Hoe balls with sauce dirty buffalo. The sauce was flavor able and chicken chunks were juicy, unfortunately that was where it ended. Some of the chicken bites were tough, I also had the hand cut fries. Beautiful color, just not cooked completely (they were to large and not consistent in size). Some fries were crunchy. Asked for mayo, they served me miracle whip (salad dressing) ugh. To those who love either know they are not the same not even close. And you NEVER substitute for each other. To top it off what I observed several times was nauseating. Let me say, I do not care that some one smokes and or chews. I was sitting at the bar. There happened to be a trash can at the end. Where I was sitting. I observed several of the (owners, managers, severs) not sure who, but it was obviously people who had something to do with this facility walking to go behind the bar and spitting in the trash. YUKK! This totally destroyed my experience ,

This place is way too expensive. Went in for a couple after work drinks, just 2 people, and the bill was $60. Prices are way too high for a bar the grill is never on when I've been there, so it's not like I ordered any food. For $60 think I should have had food on my bill, can go out to dinner for less. Consider making prices comparable to other bars in the city. Rip off

Just moved into the area. Tried going here on two different occasions to get some drinks and apps around 6pm on a weekend. Both times they weren 't serving food because the cooks decided not to and left . ?!? This place needs a facelift and a lot of cleaning. Looks like they were starting a little construction/clean up. Hopefully it helps, but doesn 't seem to matter during volleyball season. Really wish this place was THE place... I 'd be there all the time!

I love this bar! Alicia is the greatest bar tender. The food is great. Gets the hoe balls or the ginger 30 plus beers on tap! How can you go wrong?! Volleyball and live music plus a boat dock
