Mcdonald's - Toledo

They went from long lines and closing early to short lines and undercooked food. It was already a little sketch but now it's just gross. The chicken sandwiches I got were definitely undercooked and the fries tasted like they got quadruple salted.

Customer service sucks attitudes are terrible you wait over 15 minutes to get old dry food.Why would you serve food that they wouldn't be okay eating? Grandbaby couldn't even bite her chicken nuggets,buns were hard as rocks, pop was nothing but carbonation

I asked for my food fresh , even waited 10 minutes for it and my fries were still cold . And I was missing three items . I called to get compensated for the inconvenience and they hung up on me

Out of towners...Very happy with both the food and the service

I do not recommend going here for anyone unless they want to waste their time. I ordered on the mobile app for picking up and went on my way to home from the work at 7:30 o'clock in the evening and the girl behind the loudspeaker, when I was a door that said no I had a mobile job to pick up and she said we closed early because we only had three people in the load. I like that mean i cant get my mcdouble small fry and her answer was dead quiet until I drove away without my order.
