After a 30 minute delay receiving my order after the time the app said it would be ready the fries weren 't at all warm and I they replaced. The chicken was awful. There wasn 't even skin on the breast. I figured I 'd find it somewhere in the bucket. Nope this naked piece of chicken was placed in the bottom and covered with the other pieces. When I arrived, they said it was 10 minutes until they made chicken available and wouldn't take my order until the chicken was ready. Over 10 minutes were past when I went through the drive-thru again, they took my order, but said it was another three or four minutes and that I should move. The food was hot it was very good they got out all fast and everything was right
They made me to extra crispy chicken breast when they didn't have any while I waited I appreciated that
When I arrived, they said it was 10 minutes until they made chicken available and wouldn't take my order until the chicken was ready. I made the mistake together with other customers of the parking lot and waited for them to bring my order. After 10 minutes I called the number to the reception, but they didn't answer. I reintroduced the drive-thru and they had my order ready. It was obviously sitting there for some time because it was only lukewarm when I came home.
Ask for certain chicken parts they gave me what they wanted.
Employees were argumentative and plain out rude. Treated us like trash so we just left.
