Happy's Pizza - Toledo

This place is absolutely disgusting. I walked in to ask a question and use their bathroom. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been swept in months as there were dead bugs all over the floor and a live roach crawling on the wall. The toilet was filthy too and there was toilet paper all over the floor. When I walked back out I looked around the rest of the place. The mat in front of the register was covered with crud despite the fact that they just opened which tells me they don't vacuum or clean the front each night. You couldn't pay me to eat food from this place.

This place at one time was very good. But! This evening was the second poor service incident we had with them. Example: The first time we had food delivered the driver threatened my wife, and family. Also to burn our house down. We went to the restaurant to confront the owner and he said he had trouble with this driver before and would handle it. He said he was a family member and will no longer be working for the company. This evening 7/7/2024 the same driver came to our home , pounding on our door, threatening my wife, calling us vulgar and disgusting names. I will not use the term (but we’re white) if that helps. No one should be subjected to this type of behavior. We had to call the police to have this person removed from our property, and have him no trespassed. I also called the company and had them blacklist my address from their database so they would never deliver here again. my neighbors are doing the same. This is a disgusting display, and I hope you never have to experience it. I am very sorry for ever giving them a five star review in the past, they don’t deserve one. All I have to say in response, to your response is show me the video!

Excellent and friendly service! The food is also very delicious and at a fair price! I recommend the shrimp dinner.

The pizza is pretty good, but could be a little better. They had a pretty good music playlist going that at first was playing Green Day. It has a very nice atmosphere, except for the one time we went there at like 1am for some quick dinner and some weird skinny (probably homeless) guy was picking up cigarette butts off the ground outside. He said some very weird things and acting kind of predatory.He came into the place and asked me and my mom if we asked for his number in a very angry, unstable tone. Then left, Then came back gave us a weird look and went into the bathroom inside the establishment for a while. Though that wasn't anyone at the pizza place's fault.The guy that took our order and making our pizza at the time was very nice to us about it and made sure we felt safe. He said he'd stall the guy and call the cops if he tried to run after us (because we had to walk back home with our pizza) Before any of that happened he asked if we wanted to sit down because the chairs were up.If it wasn't for him I don't think we would have got home safe. Who knows what that weird guy wanted to do. Anyway, a very nice little pizza place. I feel bad they aren't in a better part of town.

Ordered ribs and was disgusting Do not waste your time with these people 60 dollars down the drain. Never again
