Contribute FeedbackThe restaurant in question seems to have mixed reviews, with some customers experiencing issues with the food quality and service, while others praise the friendly and efficient staff. Some customers have had trouble with the drive-thru system and the limited parking options at the location. However, there are regular customers who appreciate the personalized service from the familiar staff. Despite some drawbacks, loyal patrons enjoy the drinks and food offerings at this establishment, with some even considering it the best Dunkin' in the area. Overall, it seems like a place with a dedicated team and a loyal customer base, despite some room for improvement in certain areas.
Drive-thru is totally ridiculous as there is only one location every 10 miles unlike Long Island, NY where there is either a Dunkin' Donuts, Starbucks, or 7-11 on darn near every corner.
The employees are pretty nice. Not every time is my order messed up but every single time I ordered food it was not done. The bacon on the croissant was almost white like they cooked it for 10 seconds then the cheese wasn’t fully melted on my roll up the second time I ordered food. Disappointed in their food. I called this store twice for separate reasons and each time the phone hungs up or something so I didn’t even bother to call when my order was messed up, they acted as if I was lying each time I called and I was over it…. Anyways Michelle is really nice, I will remember her name.
Great coffee very busy but the people are friendly and fast they will get you in and out
I love dunkin, but wish they had a better parking lot. The place is almost always busy and hard to get into. There have been plenty of times I wanted to eat there and had to drive by; ending up eating elsewhere because the parking lot is not convenient on Central Avenue.
Tried the avacado toast for the first time, it was pretty good for $3! I will do it again. The ice tea is among the best in town.
