This is my go-to place for birthdays. I adore their cakes, although they can be pricey and on the smaller side. Nonetheless, I keep coming back for more. During Christmas, they also offer vegan Christmas cakes. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Torica Shinjuku:
One of the first vegan places I visited in Tokyo. I was quite happy when I tried it, but a few weeks later, it comes out that all the other restaurants I went too had better food and were often cheaper. The atmosphere (I went there for dinner) was also quite sad, with very few customers. View all feedback.
The restaurant is on the top floor of a shopping mall and was full even at almost 3 pm. We had the burger and the fried soy set and the food was all great. It was quite pricey though and for me the big setback is that they have vegan options but they aren't clearly marked on the menu. The staff does speak English and are helpful when you ask.
I ordered the soy meat meal set and it was honestly absolutely delicious. Seems like seitan nuggets but there's a touch of ginger, they were just so good, and the salad was delightful, brown rice felt nourishing, and the soup was a kind of basic veggie broth but my little boy really enjoyed it too. I just wasn't really sure where the mayo stuff fitted into the meal, I didn't use much of it. Yes it's probably a slightly pricey option but I felt for the nice atmosphere, service, and the deliciousness of the food it was worth it. I got on fine with limited Japanese the menu has English translations.
We cake in for cake and hot drinks. Sat outside, restaurant is on the top floor of a dept store. Very attentive staff, cakes were healthy and delicious.

An employee had found to visit a restaurant on the same floor, but we changed here when I saw all vegan options on the menu. I enjoyed the Carbonara and the cheesecake. Great place for a mixed group and almost more vegan options than omni options. They also have a great small shop area with many vegan cookies and snacks.
