This Italian restaurant in Tokyo is one of my favorites, and unlike most pizza restaurants that use milk or eggs in their dough, this one is completely vegan! Almost all the pizzas can be made vegan, like the Ortolana I had where they simply omitted the cheese and used tomato sauce as the base. They also offer vegan options for some of their pasta dishes.
