What Борогчин-Гуа Doe doesn't like about Bassanova:
This restaurant definitely has the vibe of a chain. You can order three vegan dishes from the ticket machine, two of which are cold. I tried the cold ramen, which was tasty with a nice lemony and slightly spicy flavor. View all feedback. What User likes about Bassanova:
The vegan red beetroot ramen were such a delightful experience. refined taste, deep broth, great toppings and flavor combinations. I have to say they were the best ramen I’ve tasted so far! View all feedback.

Had the beetroot ramen and the broth was so thick and flavoursome with nice vegan chicken pieces and the vegan gyozas were a great size and flavour too.
