Ho... read more I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I was told to wait 35 minutes for my chicken, which I accepted and informed them I would wait in my car. However, after 35 minutes, when I went through the drive-thru, I was told my order had been given to someone else because I hadn’t paid yet. The woman at the window insisted I hadn’t paid, but I explained that she had assured me it was okay to wait. I had expected to wait no longer than 25 minutes. Overall, it was a poor experience.

A quick tip: make sure to request plates, silverware, and drinks, as they often aren't included in the bag.
