Kfc - Toccoa
Kfc
Description
KFC offers a mix of experiences that can vary widely. While many patrons commend the fast service and hot, fresh food, frustrations arise from inconsistent menu availability and quality. Some visitors report disappointment over items like the 12-piece bucket lacking chicken breasts or their orders arriving with overcooked, soggy dishes. Despite these issues, the restaurant remains a popular choice, particularly for its comfort foods like mashed potatoes and crispy chicken sandwiches. For those who navigate the quirks and make special requests, KFC can provide a satisfying and nostalgic meal, making it a fast-food favorite for many.

The food is delicious and served promptly. We ordered the family meal with 12 pieces, which is much more cost-effective than purchasing five individual plates, each priced around $10. A quick tip: make sure to request plates, silverware, and drinks, as they often aren't included in the bag.
We waited nearly an hour to get the 16-piece dinner we ordered through the drive-thru at 7 PM tonight. There was no apology whatsoever—no drinks offered, no refunds (partial or full), and not even a simple "I'm sorry." It was a terrible experience!
It was 9:30 PM when we pulled into the drive-thru. At the speaker, we were prompted to try their signature chicken sandwich. We asked to take a moment to decide, but when we were ready to place our order, we were informed that they were out of chicken. Seriously? This is a chicken restaurant (KFC) that has no chicken available! Incredible, especially considering they close at 10 PM.
I was informed that if I wanted to substitute any meat, it would take a 25-minute wait, which seems unreasonable, especially since I just wanted wings instead of thighs.
