We asked to take a moment to decide, but when we were ready to place our order, we were informed that they were out of chicken. Seriously? This is a chicken restaurant (KFC) that has no chicken available! Incredible, especially considering they close at 10 PM.

We ordered the family meal with 12 pieces, which is much more cost-effective than purchasing five individual plates, each priced around $10. A quick tip: make sure to request plates, silverware, and drinks, as they often aren't included in the bag.

There was no apology whatsoever—no drinks offered, no refunds (partial or full), and not even a simple "I'm sorry." It was a terrible experience!
