It is very loud because of the poor insulation of the rooms!!! You can hear the neighboring bathroom/toilet and the bowling alley (until 11 p.m. When it rains they hear extremely loud dripping from the full gutters hitting the flat roof and WAKE THEM UP in the middle of the night!!
