Ich habe mich bei jeder Mahlzeit, sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen, während meines Aufenthalts mit meiner Familie (9 Personen, darunter 4 Kinder) sehr wohl gefühlt! Jeder hat immer etwas nach seinem Geschmack gefunden, mehr als man essen konnte!

Due to the pictures on the booking we expected a modern furnished room. The reality is reminiscent of a past century. The shower has not expired The duvet had a variety of unidentifiable places Our guess after not freshly washed There were long black hair in bed and also otherwise distributed in the room Not from us The wellness area did not seem very welcoming We have backwards back price-performance ratio has not at all matched We left the hotel after only 2 hours, as the thought of spending the night would have been the same. A refund of overnight stay was of course denied I regret to be able to advise only more than to book this hotel The catastrophic hygiene conditions were shocking

The hotel is very beautiful and situated in the middle of a very beautiful landscape. What we did not find so great is that we had to pay 400 € for actually two days, although it was only 1.5 days! On the day of arrival we could only get the room at 15:30 and only use it from that time You have the wellness area except you pay for half a day extra! Very strange because we had to leave the room on the day of departure at 10:00 a.m., the Wellnes and Spa area could be used by advertising until 10:30 a.m., but this opens only 12 a.m. Say we have paid 400,00 € for 1.5 days!!!! We had the room 110 next to a fire protection door and elevator, as well as access to the Wellnes and Spa area and cleaning room for cleaning staff! The relaxation in the room misdisplay, constantly the fire protection door went up and on, stood before the elevator and gave their best loud and clear of itself. The whole thing from about 6:00 to 11:00. Sleeping and recovering is not possible in this room!!!!!! As a 4-star hotel you should not offer such a room!!!! The balcony could only be covered with shoes, as the terrace plates were simply placed on it and each step was moved. Something is extremely annoying at this price! The room was very clean and quiet, but... the staff and the food were, in contrast, perfect.
