Honestly, I wish there were one of Mom's bakery shops on every corner. I had the seasoned jackfruit panini this week, and it was delicious. The jalapeños added a fantastic kick to the jackfruit and spinach panini. They substituted the cheese with a vegan spread, and the sandwich was grilled to perfection.
