What T3llic doesn't like about Frankie's In Mendoc:
Expect to wait for at least 25 minutes and don't expect a cheesy and flavorful experience. I have eaten a lot of pizzas during my travels and this is by far the most overpriced ever. One regular sized pizza was 37 dollars! Insane prices but I guess it is because of the location and lack of other options. Tip: Buy a cheaper outside of town and bring it into town. Yummy pizza! Crisp crust. Yummy falafel and chili too. They also serve Cowlick's ice cream, soo yummy! Reasonably priced food. A must if you're in Mendocino.
We had the big salad and a #9 pizza. The sausage was tasty and the olives and onions generous. The pizza had a nice thin crust with a bit of crunch. The small pizza and salad were perfect to share for dinner. They even made a decent Mocha and had a chai tea option for my wife.
Had pistachio ice cream sugar cone. Very very good!!!
Great vibe to this place. Nice tables outside for eating and chatting with neighbors. Salads are great. Pizza is good.
They had a limited menu at the time, however I'm super grateful for them bring open.9n the 4th of July. Great little pizza and ice cream spot. Highly recommend.
