Sat on deck for a quieter meal and the weather was amazing. Highly recommend the fried chicken. Saffron risotto was also well prepared and the Devil Food chocolate cake was a perfect finish. Shout out to Eben, our excellent server for the evening. View all feedback.

Average food with a lot of fancy words to try and dress it up. Not bad, not great ...just average. The waiter was attentive, but his Latino ? acvent made it somewhat challenging to understand him. Not his fault, just what it was. He tried hard and was pleasant. The ambience of an old Victorian inn was quaint, but the atmosphere seemed boring otherwise. Salad with avocado toast was super fresh and delicious! Service was a little slow but great atmosphere. Went here again for dinner, great food again! The Manhattan Noir cocktail and the Grilled Peach Napoleon desert were amazing!
Great views, relaxed atmosphere, service was good. We love Mendocino and the views were amazing.
Got charged 20% forced gratuity for a quick clam chowder take-out. I guess this is an ordinance in Mendocino. This is good way to drive away business. The chowder was decent, but not going back. These establishments should wake up and realize hidden fees turn customers off.
The place was packed, due to the Memorial Day holiday. The starter came cold and the main dishes took 1:40 hours to be served. Terrible service. The restaurant is famous in the city, but it is not prepared for a lot of traffic such as holidays, for example.
