Popped into this pub after being recommended by our BnB host. It’s really crowded when we went at 5 ish. Lots of folks in the pub mingling around.There were no seats inside so we were seated at the semi outdoor area. There’s large heaters and cushion covers if needed to make it less cold.Dinner was a nice Philly cheese sandwich and a cheese burger. Washed down with great local brewed beer. What User doesn't like about Patterson's Pub:
Had a Patty Melt and the Cajun shrimp basket (not pictured) Whilst the costumer service was amazing and prompt, the food was not Waiter stated everyone likes to order the patty melt, so I trusted that Pretty much an unseasonably frozen burger patty reminiscent of my military days, bottom layer of the sandwich soaked in juices. Cool little pub/restaurant in the middle of mendocino. a great menu with selection for everyone. they have covered seating in the open and sitting areas in the interior. massive selection of local craft brews. also large daily seafood specialties. I'm sure I'll recommend the muddles here. then the fish and chips were really good. that's a local hipster. when all natives come here, they know that it is a good place. thanks for the good service and eating.
Great bar atmosphere although somewhat small. The menu however is much larger than expected, especially when including all the nightly specials. We went with indoor seating on a very windy night and we’re not disappointed with our tacos and burgers. An added bonus pick the kind of fries you want. The steak fries were wonderful. And the service fast and friendly.

We had heard that Pattersons Pub was the place to be! We all had Fish n Chips, chowder mussels clams, which was all amazing. But what made our visit incredible was our server Christina. She is very good at her job, gave us great suggestions had a great sense of humor!! We will be back the next time we are in Mendocino.
The only pub in Mendocino proper. Good vibes, good pub food!
