What Cornell Wuckert likes about Gustav's Pub & Grill:
Food was , as usual, excellent. I do think, however, that our waiter could have used some help since he was covering all the tables in the bar dining room. He did a good job in the circumstances, but there were times when we had to wait to get his attention for service. That was the reason I held off on the final star. The food was delicious, but the service was terrible. It's disappointing because I used to enjoy this place. The manager who came to our table was also very rude. Despite the waitress making multiple mistakes and forgetting our entree and drink orders, the manager refused to comp our beverages to make up for the poor service.
