We wer... read more The Pork Chuc is smoky and wonderful, slow roasted over a wood fired grill - served with hand made tortillas. This is one of those 'must stop at' places. We were with a INAH Archeologist, who told us that this place is famous in the field. We were able to go into the back and speak to the cooks - who showed us the grill & the ladies making the tortillas.
