Maxime 's is French-Canadian cooking at its best. Generous plates of good food served by competent and friendly staff. You can tell it is a favourite among locals. I was there for breakfast, and quickly fit in amomg the f 'regulars '. Coffee is served quickly and topped up frequently. Daily newspapers are as plentiful as the smiles from staff and patrons. I was feeling daring, ordering a yogurt and fruit cup to start, followed by their Super Max big breakfast. What a treat! Friendly tip: save some of the yogurt and fruit to load into the delish crepe that comes with this feast! Bring your appetite to Maxime 's, they 'll take care of you.
