What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
the drive thru lasted so long that the drivers began to get the road wut and cut before each other to order first or pay first. they could also watch a vehicle pay and get their food before another was hired. I know they need to train their personals. but the drive thru is not the place for it. View all feedback.

The absolutely worst service after waiting 30 min for our order half was missing. Pulled back around only to here employees cursing never again

Terrible customer service. They gave me a bag with open sauce and it got all over everything in the bag. I went back in and the employees were laughing thinking it was funny even tho I payed for the extra sauce. When I walked away I looked in the bag and they didn’t even give me both sauces I asked for. For a food business you think they would take the time to check the bag before giving it to you. I’m never going back to this location again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone either.
