Staff focuses too much on drive thru leaving a line up in store front. I go every evening because I work on that side of town this is the closest tim hortons in walking distance from work.It is the only tim hortons i go to where i am stuck in line for 20 minutes just for 1 cup of coffee.I prefer the Tim Hortons next to Montanas steak house or the one at On the Run on John street road and Valley street area. This location could benefit from having a security guard present. People under the influence regularly cause trouble for customers and staff.
I have no complaints about the food, service, and Atmosphere. I have went there afew times for a coffee or cup of tea and sat there and enjoyed having a nice quiet place to relax and drink my coffee.
My fav place to go to. Super yummy food and beverages at a very reasonable
