This traditional café in Thunder Bay serves the best coffee I have ever had. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled at making delicious and aesthetically pleasing drinks. It is probably the only traditional café in town that I have come across.

There is no other locally owned coffee shop in Northwestern Ontario quite like this one. They always serve freshly roasted beans, have knowledgeable and friendly staff who go above and beyond to make the best coffee you've ever had. Unlike other coffee shops, they focus solely on serving great coffee. I highly recommend trying their Cortado, Flat White, pour over, and cold brew.

St Pauls is my favorite roaster in Canada. I have tried coffee at many different roasters, but St Pauls stands out as the best. During a recent visit to Thunderbay, I stopped by St Pauls and tried a Peru pour over. I was incredibly impressed by the well-balanced flavor of the coffee - it was so good that I could drink it black. Every time I visit Thunderbay, I make sure to get my takeout coffee from St Pauls. I love their coffee so much that I even bring a bag back with me to Toronto. The staff at St Pauls take their coffee seriously, and one of them took the time to explain their pour over process to me. I learned that they have a special machine that the worker (possibly the owner) programmed himself to produce the perfect cup of coffee.

Great coffee and friendly staff. Barista's help us figure out some great local hiking and shops with other services. Great people! I've not tried their beans given I am not local, but their coffee is great! Highly recommended
