I recently visited a Japanese restaurant and was thrilled to discover they had a comprehensive gluten-free menu and staff who were dedicated to ensuring my safety. I tried the Californian rolls with shrimp instead of crab and they were delicious! Although I do not have celiac disease, I felt great after my meal. View all feedback.
