What User doesn't like about H K Jade Express:
Was decent, many years ago....now I think they use squirrel as chicken....Clean it up, be nice to your customers or stop cooking greasy assed garbage....You fail hard...run away people! Wish I could give u zero stars. View all feedback. What User likes about H K Jade Express:
Loved the Jade experience. The chef was so accommodating for special dietary needs. The chicken and tomatoes dish is out of this world. A cozy clean environment with all the Chinese options one could ask for. Will return often! View all feedback.

read moreDespite some negative reviews, Jade Express in Thunder Bay offers a unique dining experience. While some customers were disappointed with the food and service, others rave about the flavorful Dim Sum and accommodating chef. The restaurant stands out in a market with limited Chinese food options and consistently provides quality meals at a reasonable price. Customers appreciate the hard work and dedication of the owner, who single-handedly runs the business. Despite occasional mishaps, Jade Express remains a top choice for those craving Americanized Chinese cuisine in Thunder Bay. Consider calling ahead to ensure a positive dining experience.
