What John Alhelm doesn't like about Freshly Squeezed:
The bubble tea is too watery, the tapioca pearls are too hard and stale. The customer service is TERRIBLE. That lady always messes something up like giving the wrong drink and forcing me to take it. She is very rude and yells whenever I ask her questions about the drinks she sells. This is absolutely the WORST bubble tea in town. If you want bubble tea, I strongly suggest you go to Macoa Imperial or Milktease instead... View all feedback.
As an aboriginal woman 37 Years old I felt I was treated poorly. The black woman who worked there around December 12, 2023 was VERY RUDE. I asked for bubble tea and she said No bubble tea only smoothie so I said okay ill get a smoothie then then later all of a sudden she has bubble tea. My sister tried to correct everything I was trying to say and she cash lady started to yell at her and say DONT SPEAK TO ME THAT WAY....BLAH BLAH BLAH I just told my sister, let 's just go, we don 't need to hear that then she goes on to say Have a great day she gave me weird vibes and wasn 't helpful! (She had braids in her hair and looked to be in her 20s) I wasn 't rude to her at all, I was only asking questions in what is good but she didn 't want to help. I will never go there ever again, saves me $10 everytime.
Terrible place!!!A woman who did not give her name, dark-skinned, thin, of African appearance cannot work here! She is endlessly rude and provides poor service, especially to teenagers. I don’t understand why you keep her in this place for so many years? It spoils the reputation of your establishment. SHE DOESN'T PLACE HERE!!!Or is this her establishment? Then everything is clear!If you do not correct your behavior, I will complain to other authorities that can influence your closure.
I always come here, and I was happy with everything, and once I came to order from a woman, and she answered me very rudely, did not smile at all, my order was for freshly squeezed juice, and she said there was no juice, although 5 minutes ago she told the client that there was, and after me she said there was, this woman is terrible, incorrect, aggressive and discourages me from coming here again. ??? Before this case I would have given 5 points, now I would give 0 points.

We love driving to this wonderful delicious place, the staff are always welcoming and very kind! We enjoy each thirst quenching drink we order and I definitely recommend this very palatable, delicious, and friendly place to add to your must stop drink shop when in Thunder Bay! You will NOT be disappointed ???Thank you immensely to all the staff at Freshly Squeezed 10/10
