Arby's - Thunder Bay

Can't beat the price of the $1.69 menu from 2-5. They also offer free ice water in a medium soda cup. Love stopping in here occasionally and the staff is very friendly!

Always greeted with a smile and very polite staff. Everyone is well turned out as their uniforms are clean and neat. The service is second to none, fast and accurate every time. The tables are always clean and the chairs are wiped down as well. the floor is always spotless on every visit. It is a pleasure to purchase my meals from this Arby's. Thanks very much.

I’ve never seen such happy and helpful fast food employees in all my life. Management is obviously doing a superb job at this arbys location. Service with a smile! Top notch.

The Manager at this location is fantastic, always friendly and concerned with his customer's dining experience. All staff are great. Food is always fresh and portions are great. Good value for money.

I find the manager very friendly. The orders are always correct; the sandwiches are fresh and warm (although, I would like them to be a wee bit hotter). Two very good handicap parking spaces. Everything seems to be nice and clean. The only detremental thing is location easy to get into, but sometimes very difficult to exit Red River Rd can, at times, can be very busy.
