El Pollo Loco - Thousand Oaks

WORST EXPERIENCE. It is 9:30. I was in the Drive thru. Someone asked me for my order and while I was trying to order a rude ass Manager said 'We are closed ' very rudely like 10 times. EXCUSE YOU. YOU COULD HAVE SAID IT KINDER. MANAGE BETTER. You do not own the place. You work for it. You work to serve. Never ever going to come back without an apology. (this post was from a week ago) they took it off so you won’t see their bad quality work.

Menu has greatly expanded in the past year. Drive through service is great for the times we are in. Very efficient.

Great and fresh food, I love the character this spot has, and the cashiers were super friendly. I will definitely visit here when I’m around.

Dirty. The staff was rude. They went in at 810 a.m. and told me they'd close soon. I asked when and they told me 9:00. I didn't want to help. Pushy. Then talk to the other workers literally sitting at the tables) in Spanish. Maybe I don't look like that, but I understand every word you're talking about. Moorpark and Agoura pollo loco are great. That's a shame. I hope it's out of business and something else opens. Everything would be better. Eat all floor, dirty windows a light half burned in the parking lot for over a year now that Strobes was so bad there almost gave me a seizure. Stay away.

Tasty and fulfilling meal on a budget. Behind counter staff are unfortunately berated by customer's demands. Some customers are pretty rude so that was a turn off eating at this establishment. The staff were attentive to each customer.
