My group and I were graciously treated to house-battered cheese curds by the owner, even though one person in our party isn't a fan of cheese. It’s a family-run establishment with generous portions and honest, clean flavors. The hamburgers looked delicious and were cooked to perfection. My grilled chicken sandwich was tender (not overcooked!), seasoned just right, and absolutely satisfying. The fries had a delightful crispy coating, which is my favorite style. Honestly, I don't think you could go wrong with any item on the menu. From the moment we sat down until we left, we were met with genuine hospitality. When we departed, I realized I had stumbled upon one of the best-kept secrets slightly off Route 29. A huge thank you to all the staff at The Dairy Bar Cafe; it has definitely become a must-visit for me whenever I'm in Thorpe!
