Wendy's - Thornton

First, if there is a zero-Star option, I would absolutely choose it the zero star for this place! the hired were the worst, they are unprofessional and can also be racist! I called wendy's customer service, who complains about the service, hopefully they will deal with the hire of the employees and move them.

Went to grab a quick lunch and I was very pleased with the service at this location. There was minimal wait time which the cashier apologized for. We were greeted and thanked. The staff members I could see through the window of the drive-they seemed happy and had great energy. Hope this location continues to be this great! ??

Drive thru line was long, so I went inside to order. They messed up what I asked for. And then when it was ordered right, I waited and I waited patiently. Then after a while the guy asks me what my name for the order is, he gave away different parts of different orders to a few orders. So they had to start my order all over again. ??? for convenience food, it was mediocre, for service they were polite and friendly, but had no idea what was going on.

I've been here since I had wendys. taste so good and the job was still hot. they took my order quickly and without time wasted.
