waited almost 35 minutes for a table when there were at least thirty tables open. they wait 25 minutes to wait for . the food was great when it was finally there. to eat after the football game of my life. no drink. just for dinner. it took three hours to get out of there. if my son wasn't with me, keep me calm. I would have gotten a table after so long if so many were available. I love eating! but never again View all feedback.

~This is the 2nd time I've not received veggie sticks sauce for my online order. Wings were cold, fries were like flimsy pieces of plywood. BUT....when those wings r heated up.... Note to restaurant: Check your online orders, make sure they're complete because I REALLY hate writing a negative review for places that actually have decent food. View all feedback.
30 minutes wait to sit, then sat for 30 minutes without anyone even taking our drink order. a few sat after we got a waitress pretty fast. when the big table was sitting next to us and the waitress was there within 2 minutes. that's the second time that happened to the bdubs. will not visit again and tell all our friends.
I am so glad that I cancelled my DoorDash release because eating came from all over the city, although this place is less than a mile away from me, to end anyway with cold, muddy eating. why show a tracker when eating is ready when they won't really use it!? they would think that picking up my food 45 minutes after ordering (with a 60 minutes about ready window) would lead to fresh eating. Instead, I get fryed so cold that they stick together, I had to ventilate my cheese curds and my wings were warm. I order to give me a break from cooking, not to eat food that my 11 year old can offer. to the owner, how about stopping with a formatted answer and actually doing something. Someone said how a manager took the side of a racist mozen over her server and her answer is “we a line, so can we address it with our personal?!” disgusting!
Definitely dropped in service and quality. Ordered online at 6 pm for a 7 pm pickup tonight. I arrived at 7:15, order wasn't ready, and didn't get to me for another 15 minutes. The order was cold, and none of the wings were labeled (3 different sauces). Won't be back for a very, VERY long time.
Was seated and waited for 25 minutes, received no custom service at all or at least water. after the 25 minutes, an older couple was seated at the table next to us but as soon as they were seated their order was taken. after the waitress took their order, we had told the waitress that we were seated for 25 minutes and had not received any service at all. after, we waited another 10 minutes and still hadn’t received any service. ended up leaving and going to gunther toody’s where there was much better customer service?
