When asked what to order, I answered, my order was repeated back to me perfectly, then I was asked several times how many? Finally I was told my order was not understood and that there was a connection issue despite clear communication during the entire conversation. Obviously someone was overwhelmed or else didn 't feel like taking orders. Sad considering I live 5ft away...
