People come here for dependable, affordable food in a clean environment, and we can attest to that from our one visit during our six-month journey. This location is clearly the flagship store, well-managed and maintained by the company. It was quite busy on Christmas. Overall, I would rate the food a 3, service a 4, and atmosphere a 4. What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's THORNLEIGH:
"The service was absolutely terrible! Who hired these people?! The drive-thru attendant was clearly overwhelmed and had a breakdown while we were there. We were also unable to get a proper reception from the ordering machine, and to make matters worse, the staff behind us were receiving their orders before us. It's just unacceptable!".
Very sad to see an older couple leaving from frustration abode. No one would help them to order after they asked twice how they use the ordering machines, the things have to change to make it easier.

Worst Mc Donald's I've ever been to. Definitely by far the dirtiest one. The toilets looked like they've been cleaned last time more than a week ago. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
They do not check their orders, then blame the delivery company. We called, and they said we need to take it up with the deliver company. The bags are sealed at McDonald’s, and were still sealed at delivery. Obviously a mistake at the store, but no responsibility taken By McDonald’s. This happens far too regularly. Please put staff on to double check orders!
Thornleigh maccas has by far the worst management I’ve ever seen. Everyone in there had to wait so long for their order and we had to wait 15 minutes just for them to get the order wrong and another 5 minutes to get it right, one person came in to get a soft serve and ended up waiting for 10 minutes.I do not recommend, when we got our order my quarter pounder was dripping with oil and the chips were stiff.
