Dishes full of balance and finesse, good products, perfect and inventive blends. A brilliant and cordial chef, who clearly loves to please his guests. A pastry chef completes it for very pleasant desserts. The rating is completely reasonable. With two excellent menus (amuse bouche, starters, main courses, desserts, sweets, wine, water, coffee): we got it for 160 CHF, the smile and the availability and flexibility of the chef as a gift. 1st experience: The Genevans say that it is THE best fish restaurant in the canton. It's true that we were amazed by the quality from the appetizers, dishes, desserts sweets. Very very good, inventive and beautiful, perfect cooking. The breads are excellent, the tables are spaced apart and the room is not noisy. Just a small downside, the waitress doesn't pay much attention to what we need, maybe an intern? But nothing serious. I recommend this restaurant very calmly for any special occasion. Michelin is not very generous in giving just one macaron, Gault et Millau seems closer to the truth with its four toques and 17/20.
