There 's only one word to describe everything at the Restaurant Cigallon from the warm welcome of the chef M. J-M Bessire, his wife and other crew members, the ambience, the aperitif, to the surprise 4-course dinner, the dessert, and the cheese plates and the glasses...of wine that came with with them. Excellent ! If you are looking for an excellent restaurant (especially for fish) don't hesitate! We were seated at the table in the kitchen, what an experience! The dishes are prepared to perfection, are original, and truly excellent. A large wine list, and very well advised for the choice. Magnificent restaurant. A discovery. An experiment ! THANKS
